Leafeon-GX
Everyone loves Eevee’s Evolutions, and there’s no denying that Leafeon-GX is simply adorable. Of course, you’d prefer to keep your distance when it unleashes its mighty Solar Beam attack! Leafeon-GX’s Breath of the Leaves Ability will also prove valuable in keeping your Pokémon team healthy—each turn, it allows the player to heal 50 damage from a Pokémon that has Energy attached to it (as long as Leafeon-GX is Active). Finally, its Grand Bloom-GX attack is a quick and easy way to evolve a bunch of Pokémon at once.

Infernape
The final evolved form of Chimchar turns up the heat in any battle it appears in. Its Burst Punch attack, which does 50 damage and leaves the target Burned, is powerful enough on its own—but the combination with its Ability makes this card a force to be reckoned with. The Flaming Fighter Ability changes the Burned rules a bit, forcing your opponent to put 6 damage counters on their Burned Pokémon between turns instead of the usual 2. Ouch!
-
Glaceon-GX
Glaceon-GX has some attacks that can prove devastating to its opponent. Its Freezing Gaze Ability negates the Abilities of any of your opponent’s Pokémon-GX or Pokémon-EX as long as Glaceon-GX is Active. On top of that, its Frost Bullet attack hits your opponent’s Active Pokémon for 90 damage while also doing 30 damage to one of their Benched Pokémon. Ouch! The Polar Spear-GX attack does a massive 50 damage for each damage counter already on the opponent’s Active Pokémon. It’s great for making your opponent’s unfortunate situation a lot worse!

Lunala ◇
◇ (Prism Star) cards are a powerful new addition to the Pokémon TCG: Sun & Moon—Ultra Prism expansion: so powerful, in fact, that only one copy of a ◇ card can appear in a deck. Lunala ◇ is a prime example of the strength these cards hold. It’s a Basic Pokémon (like all ◇ Pokémon), so you don’t have to go through the usual Evolution cycle, and its attacks can devastate your opponent. Lunala ◇’s Full Moon Star attack allows the player to pull Energy cards from the discard pile and attach them to their Pokémon, and its Psystorm attack does an incredible 20 damage for each Energy attached to all Pokémon in play!
-
Lucario
Lucario's Missile Jab attack does a fair amount of damage that isn’t affected by Resistance. And it becomes even more powerful when you also have Garchomp in play. When these two Pokémon team up, Lucario’s Precognitive Aura Ability lets you search your deck for any card and put it into your hand. Your opponents won’t know what hit them!
-
Darkrai ◇
Darkrai ◇’s Nightmare Star Ability lets you immediately attach two Darkness Energy cards to it when you play it from your hand onto your Bench. That’s half the cost of its devastating Abyssal Sleep attack, which not only does 120 damage but also leaves the target in an extra-deep sleep—your opponent must flip two coins instead of one between turns, and if either is tails, the Pokémon is still Asleep. This lets Darkrai ◇ turn the lights out on opponents who lack a proper defense.
-
Cyrus ◇
The boss of Sinnoh’s Team Galactic arrives as a powerful ◇ card! You can’t play this card unless you already have at least one Water- or Metal-type Pokémon in play—but if you do, Cyrus ◇ is perfect for clearing out your opponent’s Bench. Once this card is played, your opponent must choose two of their Benched Pokémon to remain in play, while the rest get shuffled back into their deck (along with any attached cards).

Super Boost Energy ◇
The real power of Super Boost Energy ◇ emerges when you attach it to a Stage 2 Pokémon. When you do, the card provides every type of Energy, but only 1 Energy at a time—just like Rainbow Energy. However, if you have 3 or more Stage 2 Pokémon in play, it provides 4 Energy at once—in any combination of types! Imagine some of your strongest Pokémon going from being unable to perform any attack to being able to use their most powerful attacks in just one turn. If played correctly, this card can give you a huge advantage over your opponent.
